Born in Norfolk, Virginia and named one of Las Vegas’s Top Doc’s every year during his 12 years in Las Vegas, Dr. Keefe is a board-certified Otolaryngologist and facial plastic surgeon who continues to receive awards for his ability to promote a comfortable physician-patient partnership – a key to understanding and achieving the results his cosmetic patients desire, and crucial to imparting the clinical understanding his medical patients need before undergoing any treatment or procedure. He encourages patients to ask questions, empowering them to make decisions with confidence.
For twenty-five years Dr. Keefe has been on the cutting of edge of innovation and technique in the field of lasers and aesthetics with a passion towards helping patients achieve their goals for looking more rested and refreshed with believable, beautiful results. As an innovator and pioneer in the field of laser technology he was a part of an integral team of surgeons who adapted the Diode Laser to the field of otolaryngology, his technique filmed and distributed to surgery centers nationwide, as well as authoring safety protocol for the use of lasers in outpatient surgery centers for US Surgical Partners and Catholic Healthcare West. He was in the first group of ENT doctors, a selected group of 700 nationwide, trained on the newly developed instrumentation for the Balloon Sinuplasty procedure, and the first in the area to adopt it to in-office use.
Dr. Keefe maintains a philosophy of “if it doesn’t look natural, it doesn’t look good” for each and every cosmetic patient. Education and Background
Dr. Keefe attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia for undergraduate and graduate school and received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He continued with his ENT residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where he trained at the renowned Moffit Cancer Center for reconstructive head and neck cancer surgery in Tampa and at Tampa General Hospital for ENT and facial plastic surgery under the auspices of Dr. Richard Farrior whose fellowship in facial plastic surgery is world renowned.
