Education and Background
Dr. Keefe received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed his residency at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where he trained at the renowned Moffit Cancer Center for reconstructive head and neck cancer surgery. He is board certified in otolaryngology and facial plastic surgery.
